I'm fed up of feeling like this every winter. I'm tired of fighting and teaching and putting on a brave face. I'm sick of doing loads of stuff wrong and very few things right and I'm pissed off with being melodramatic and over, but no amount of "chin up" and "positive mental attitude" seems to help!
